Loving your choices for your new home and the garden is looking fab, can't wait to to see it planted up and with your garden furniture!! Just a thought about your living room door, maybe a sliding door like a barn door or a pocket door that recesses inside the wall, that way you wouldn't even know it was there when it was open! I'd be interested in learning more about the Hello Fresh instruction cards too. Like how easy is it to use the cards to buy your own ingredients in the future. Do they give you good measurements to do so? Also, I believe, you said Elliot, that you like to bake. Congratulations on your new home, which looks fabulous. We had to take a window out when we moved. It doesn't take long and will be worth it for a super king. Envy you that as we can't comfortably fit one in our house which was a big disappointment. We woke up on our first morning with all the animals on our bed. They must have needed comforting as never been repeated. Two big dogs and four cats. We were so exhausted we had just curled up as we had virtually no room. Love your new shower tardis. We had Dorma sheets but now have linen from the secret linen company. Lovely! Never cold like Dorma cotton. A completely different texture feel though.

Congrats to you on completing the purchase/reno/move-in!! I know you're very excited, and you should also be very proud...it was a big project, and you kept it on schedule - well done. You always ask for suggestions, so here are mine: 1) Bedroom curtains - return both short pairs, and get floor length (move the dresser out a few inches to accommodate); also adding some roman shades or nice textured blinds would give a nice finished layered look, with the floor length panels flanking them; 2) Shoe cupboard at entry - find (or build) a cabinet w/shelves you can put your shoes in, but one that has a door. You don't want a display of shoes for everyone to see at the entrance (or in view from the living room since you are leaving the door off); 3) Display cabinet in kitchen - you might consider putting in a glass panel in the cupboard above the cooktop (with accent lighting) to display a nice collection...perhaps your Emma Bridgewater Mug Collection? Just a few thoughts guys - Love what you've done, and look forward to watching you "feather your nest" with more vlogs!!!❤🥰 Can't wait to see Brenda's new location!

Yesssss been waiting for the moving day vblog.... Loved it... How sad about the TV... Also i love long 90 inch drop curtains frames the windows better, ive got them in every room in my home that length... Also my 15 year old daughter Mia, did a hack on ring top curtains, use empty toilet rolls which give a lovely even spacing at the top of curtain, youtube it, curtains still open and close with them... You might decide to put the front room door up in winter months when its very cold as the front door isn't too far away.... ❄... So loving the garden.. Wont be long before Elliott is putting beautiful rose bushes in and a wild meadow... Can wait for more vblogs... Definitely take the bedroom window out its not that difficult if double glazed, will be so worth it when your big new bed is in your room with your new bedding on... Loving the house. You need some curtain spacers, they help eyelet curtains hang beautifully. Really cheap, made of foam and easy to fit. Got mine off ebay and they're a revelation, made my curtains look a million dollars

Katie Ann Jones I love seeing their meals. They find Hello Fresh convenient but sharing the recipe names means that people can find the recipe and buy ingredients etc. Personally I don’t think it’s any more an advert than them sharing they bought curtains from Dunelm or a spatter guard from Amazon.

@@katieannjones89 as someone who is clinically extremely vulnerable due to immune system problems, and who due to being medically blind finds shopping difficult I’m someone who is looking for an alternative way to shop for healthy meals. I’m loving that the boys are finding HF to be good for their lifestyle and that they are sharing how easy it is for them to make their meals with minimal waste. I’m certainly thinking buying a multi person pack would be good for batch cooking and freezing for some of the recipes. Shame I haven’t got a hob and pans or a decent oven, and currently definitely don’t have the energy to batch bake anything. Maybe they should take a vote I’d certainly love to see a few cookery videos.

Congrats. When we moved our vet told us to keep out cats in the house for a few weeks so they feel this is their home. Then we took them out supervised for a few minutes everyday. Within a few weeks after that they were super comfortable and happy. How is it going with yours? Xxx

We kept them in for 8 days. Beau physically cannot jump fences, Molly doesn’t want to and Rory came back after 10 minutes and has been fine since. ❤️

Wow, that's ALOT of concrete against the house and across the yard out back. That kind of liimits all the garden you want to plant, doesn't it? I mean, I knew you wanted a patio, and maybe a path to the shed, but I wasn't expecting THAT much. Hey, whatever makes you happy. I guess you have the option of removing some of it to the left of the area where the sliding doors are if you should ever want more room to plant. Just my two pence, as usual. ;). BTW, I am SO glad you decided to go without the door for the living room. I remember when I first saw you talking about it, my very first thought was, "Why do they want to put a door on the living room?" But I'm glad I didn't ask. ;)
