I'm so happy for you! But think about this.. renovating how you say you're going to put all that money into a place that you're going to walk away from one day because you don't own it. Which will increase the value for whoever owns it. It would just be like a waste of money because you're not the owner since u rent do a bunch of renter friendly hacks like painting the cabinets rather than replacing them because the price difference in painting things instead of replacing is crazy expensive. There's also different things you can do for the countertop. And that tile on the wall in the bathroom you could very easily paint also! There's all kind of tile resurfacing kits.. like tile painting kit is what it's called!❤ but I can't wait to see all your videos!!

Never renovate an apartment if you’re renting ! You’ll eventually move out and all of that hard work and money you put into renovations you won’t get back, you’re basically just making it better for the next tenant. Save renovations for when you Buy bby and make sure you take the appliances you bought with you when u move one day. Love you ❤
