Living in North Central FL during this era was unreal. The music scene, the sports. I miss it so much. The year this album came out, UF won the national title in football AND basketball and I was there for it all. Also, since Underoath originated in this area of FL, we'd go and watch them quite often.😢

YES F YES!!! Just found this song and band on Pandora then switched to see how 'close' they could get live. I feel bad for initially doubting. These guys deserve a spot in the top 1% for slaying some really difficult stuff live with awesome energy yet great precision. Immediate fan here!

this was probably UO at their best. Aaron was hitting those notes flawlessly while keeping perfect time (not to mention those intricate ass drum fills)

It's a live dvd that was mixed and has had autotune put on it

Source or proof of autotune?

@@zzJayBoy I’m a huge Underoath fan but I can guarantee there is some pitch correction here. Observatory gives you a better glimpse at them live

Early 2010’s was the last of this scene sadly 😢 all these guys just seemed to have lost their edge from where they came from… we need an old school vans warped tour, or bamboozle festival again. But not with new modern bands, im talking about the ORIGINAL lineups! 🤘🤘

its a synthesizer. and he doesnt just stand there. he does a lot of stuff in underoaths music that you dont realize. this isnt some jazz band where the keyboard player will sit and slowly and peacefully stroke his hands across the keys. chris actually uses his synthesizer to makes sounds that make underoath different and better than most other bands. so dont try to insult someone, when u dont realize what they do.

Hard to believe Aaron wasn't into playing heavy stuff according to Spencer when I look at him bashing his drum on every song of every show...
@nickwick356 жыл бұрын
I don't believe that. He definitely loves playing all their songs. He was so into Everyone looks so good from here and that's arguably their heaviest song.
@rickmora46643 жыл бұрын
Actually from a music major perspective: the extent of his subdivisions are as melodically consistent as anything he did with The Almost
