Moving Forward Together: Tohoku University's 115th anniversary Concept Movie

In 2022, Tohoku University celebrates its 115th anniversary.
This year is also the centenary of its Faculty of Law and Letters, whose establishment in 1922 marked Tohoku University’s beginning as a comprehensive university.
Founded with the support of citizens, businesses, and local governments, Tohoku University made a commitment to always work towards improving its communities near and far.
In this concept movie, we present Tohoku University's current progress and future goals through the narratives of five students and alumni involved in various activities: learning together, growing together, challenging together, innovating together, and activating together.
On this milestone year, this concept movie delivers a message that Tohoku University will continue to advance together with society, provide the best education and cultivate diverse individuals who can lead social transformation.
