we were renting when we decided to buy a house while we were in the process our landlord sold the property and the new land owner wanted us out so we were stuck in a hotel for a month 😔 until we got our house 🏡 😊 best feeling ever but yes its very stressful. enjoy your new home 🏡

Something we learned from experience was never to close both properties on the same day. You can get something called a bridge loan which will allow you to occupy the property bought before closing on the property that was sold. This gives you a few days to move and get all finances settled as well. I’m glad that everything worked out for you guys. Congratulations on your new home! :)

Living in a house and leaving it after so many years is very hard for any lady. Especially who has made that particular house into HOME. Though in life these things are temporary. And one has to move on. My experience : I have lived in my fathers family house since 36years and even thinking of selling it ever makes me cry. Its very hard for ladies to let it go.

Exactly what happened to our closing but our seller was not kind enough and they charged us penalty for doing late closing. It was the worse experience of our life, we were at the point of losing our down payment.
