May I ask how you are able to afford this ? I have a 19 year old niece that is trying to move from a toxic environment as soon as possible She works a full time job making about $10 an hour She has asked me for tips on how and if she can be on her own but I don’t know what to tell her. My rent for my one bedroom is well over $1400
