Good luck, Millar at Punta Prima or Cabo Roig are great for electricals. Cabo Peñas is a dog beach 100 metres north of Cala Mosca at Playa Flamenca around 10 minutes away

Your own home owned outright, amazing. 👍 Looks fine to me, the balcony is a great bonus to get outside for breakfast, coffee, beer etc. Get some prints up on the wall and make it home. I know that area and couldn't live there in the summer months without AC, but then l only need it to sleep well, it should cost much for you to keep cool at night in that space, hopefully.

Hi Steve. I used to go on holiday in the villa Martin area for many years, I live further north in Spain now. I have actually viewed in the past the apartment complex you are in. One thing I did when I was contemplating on buying an apartment of your size was I went to ikea and got some fantastic ideas for layout and storage solutions, they had a mock pod/display set up and what you can do with a certain square apartment using items they sell. If your not in to ikea furniture just use their concept on how to go about maximising the space and buy from elsewhere. Ikea employ very talented people to do this for you and at no cost to you. Hope the idea helps. Good luck 🤞
