Coconut trees are great but make sure nobody stands/sits directly under that tree cause the fruits can drop anytime that causes injury or fatality. Very important reminder. Have a great day beautiful family.

During summertime, power cuts will be frequent. So better prepare for it. Charge all devices, cool the space and buy emergency lights. You can buy in lazada an emergency lights with fan and usb ports to charge. "firefly" is the brand

Here in the philippines its a tradition that when you have people working for you on something in your house, we give them "merienda". Merienda time is rest time for the workers at the same time we give them snacks or breads with cold juice drinks or softdrinks and we eat with them too and talk about whatever. Basically merienda time is rest and chill break time. Hehe. You can google merienda for more meaning or information. Hehehe.

Look at campervan supplies on Amazon, lots of non electric options. Also you could purchase a portable solar panel and a Jackery. Lots of vanlifers are off grid and it's what they use.
