......I agree! in a classroom setting, if there's one bad apple, you just wish and hope your kid doesn't turn into a bad one! This is one way of how our children are introduce into the real world. This is where indoctrination begins........in school. Looked at those kids who went to US public schools. It's a reflection of how US society is now. You be the judge. We trust everything to the school system which sometimes has a different agenda. Parents are supposed to mold their children moraly and spiritually and family being the smallest unit of the society, if we do that collectively, we could live in a less troubled world.

Oh, that is a nice place. My wife and I spend 6 months in Phils. and then back to the U.S. every year since we retired. We have a house in Dumaguete City and been to Cebu lots of times to basically shop. We’ve never heard this place, and it looks amazing so I think we’ll visit that place when we are in the Phils.

When Cebuanos brag "from the mountains to the sea" they weren't talking about the south, what they meant was the metro area. Mountains: Busay, Sirao, Balamban ( some parts are still part of Cebu City and part of metro cebu in general) Central: the City area like Cebu City, Mandaue, Talisay, etc Sea: beach resorts in Lapu-Lapu City and Cordova.

i wish the government of Cebu build a cable car🚡 from lower part of neighboring municipal area up to the tops,after all there's still no real public cable car found in the Philippines.Philippines is still planning to build it.i hope Cebu city will be the first one to build it,it will draws more tourist from local as well as international tourist.

We've been there 2018, that time the entrance fee was ₱200./ head but no shops or food stores yet, no 2nd floor, so dull and plain that time except for the overlooking view of Cebu, nothing was worth the cost of the entrance fee. It's good to know they have improved the place a lot better and beautiful!😍👌

I was there in TOPS in 1984 when it was mainly popular for the clouds that you can touch or to envelope you. It takes decades to have TOPS as it is now! So nice 👍

There are no restaurants before just huge space. Now they utilize the spaces and open it to tourists. I hope you also visit the flower plantations there and resorts where you can check in like Quisumbing Resorts by Congreaaman Quisumbing.

@merlinaroyeras4581...There have been restaurants and cafe in those mountains of Cebu City since 1970s. Some closed after some time and another opened. Cebu Island is 80% mountains and hills and only about 20% flat lands. Cebu City itself is about 85% mountains and hills. Even the old downtown Cebu City is not even flat and is 8 meters above sea level.

I only know about Q Park, which is a vast religious-themed park dedicated to Mama Mary and is found in the mountains of Consolacion, north of Cebu City. I have never heard the Quisumbings operate a resort or hotel.
