Sir I have one question regarding support reaction Suppose Fy Reaction comes to be -120KN so according to staad should it be consider as uplift/Tension or it is considered as compression load

Negative value in support reaction Y component means it is under uplift condition. So, Fy = -120 means the column is under tension (check corresponding Fx value) and it tries to uplift the foundation.
