it's not that Jaeman and Ganghoon have super speed, it's that they are so strong that their muscles contract faster than the average human; so much so that they can move quickly and jump higher than average. it looks like super speed but it's just a side-effect of their super strength.

I dont think he has super strength but he can push his body farther than other humans since he know he will heal.

I think because of their powers, they do develop certain adaptions that are superhuman even though it's not their main power.

Juwon definitely does have abnormal amounts of strength but not super. I see it as like a consequence of his regeneration. His muscles develop better because of it. Pretty much like jaeman and ganghoons speed is a consequence of their super strength. Just having an ability allows them to do things (abilities aside) that are beyond normal. XD

Joowon definately some level of super strenght, yes its way below Ganghoon's dad but still way above the average human. Even if his main powers is healing. When he fought Frank he pretty much pulled out the door from the truck and swing it like an axe. Normal people cant do that. Even when u can keep healing, u cant punch a hole through brick walls without some level of super strenght like he did several times in the show.

So yes and no. The human body holds back from what we can do to prevent injury, since joowon can heal he gets around that. A normal person probably can rip a door off a truck but you’ll definitely tear/break something in your shoulder probably permanently. Joowon heals sooo yeah that’s not a factor
