So I am officially 100% damage free. It has taken over a year of cutting little by little then doing 2 big chops 😫, this damage was still plaguing my strands. I have never cut my hair this short in my adult life but thankfully I have a cute head,my hair has already grown back some 🙏🏾, and it’s soft all over. I am excited I made the decision. I am still using the shampoo and conditioners I mentioned in my previous videos. I have also completed all my bucket list items 🥰. Since cutting my hair I have also worn it out every day

Nope we are air drying. I have not used a hooded dryer in a while. If I decide to sit under a dryer I only do 15 minutes tops and then air dry.
