Good luck vro! You’re a great musician and a great friend! And your voice is so fucking good dude the vocals on the MGC3 and on LBI are literally angelic. Your style is great for Dariacore/Hyperpop and I’m glad to see you following your passion. Tim Henson helps introduce people to this scene sure, but everyone is their own person, you just have to make a name for yourself and find a style. I believe you’ve found your style you just have to execute it in a “Jasperr” way iykwim. I love your music, I love being able to talk to you, and I want to thank you for helping me want to differentiate myself as well. I still love trap beats, I still might use nylon guitar, but I want to use those to my advantage instead of being a copycat. (I’ll still do Polyphia covers though, they’re fun riffs to play what can I say.)

Respect for owning your own creative brand mate, it's sometimes a lesson people learn too late, but you're a smart dude who is gonna go far whether that continues to be in the music/guitar realm or something else. I've subscribed to your new channel, I'm sure regardless of where the inspiration comes from the music you put out will be great :P. I've got a few guitar friends who I've pointed to this channel before and they all agree you're doing licks they could never do by your age lol.

I totally get not wanting to get boxed into a plethora of different labels and identities belonging to so many others, ultimately you're insanely talented and whatever you enjoy doing will still be sick as, and it's categorically more important you're being yourself and having fun. Do your thing king 👑

It's really cool that you're trying to carve a sound for yourself without being just the Polyphia style guy, but if you think the sound of the song calls for a certain Henson-like sound and that's what you think sounds good, I think that's what matters the most. Finding your own sound is very hard and takes time and isn't a linear process. But sounding completely unique is something that just comes naturally and you can never be 100% unique and separate from your inspirations. I've always enjoyed your content, both the Polyphia-inspired and not and I'm excited to see your new path.

Even despite what you said, to me it still seems like a mistake to sink a ship in order to sail in a different direction. I think about pewdiepie a few years back, when he stopped being a gaming channel and more of a variety/meme channel and his audience grew bigger than anyone imagined at the time. Sure, turning course will make you lose some fans but you will also gain new fans. Same with life, you can't keep the same friends forever. It's difficult to strike a balance between what you want to express and what people like, but I think it's a good idea to try to impress people you want to impress and make things that you like. I think the rebranding is unnecessary. Do cool things, if people don't like them then shake the dust off your sandals and continue on and on the way you can refine your skills (for example vocals) and eventually become a master and a trailblazer.

idk i just want to it feels good to have a fresh start especially cos it’s gonna be pretty different to what i make now. plus i’ll still use this channel for guitar stuff it’s not like i’m abandoning it. i don’t think it’ll take long to get back to where i was in terms of views and surpass this channel, maybe 1, 2 years at most

Yea thats nice. Something like that would be great. I really like your Videos. Dont rush everything, if it takes longer to make thats completly ok. I would appreciate if you could make some guitar tutorials😅Thanks. See you on Jasper

Bro, your vocals are perfect for where you're at. Your production and guitars are just refined to a different level that dickholes can't deal. Don't let the criticism shake you off the the path that you are on, cause it's unique and pretty interesting. You're clearly talented and driven enough so..... from someone who has released a lot of cringey music in the past and also a youtube dickhole, work on your lyrics a bit and develop a better visual aesthetic for your music videos. Excited to watch your journey 🤌
