MOVING OUT!!! - OKC Shop Move

The Crew heads in 2 different directions. Jr goes to Texas to get a trailer and Sr and Ben head to Oklahoma City to start cleaning up. The OKC shop doesn't get used as much as it used to with the NPK series going on, so we decided to clean it out and bring everything back to our shop in PA. Check it out. To and From Oklahoma in 4 days!

Chuckles. Should come up to Calgary Alberta Canada and get a trailer from my boss where I work. I coulda done a condition inspection and fixed everything. But most of all I woulda made sure you all had a good roof, and good doors. I never knew you had ya class one dl. Mine got taken away after I had my third heart attack in less than a year. I just tore down 2 hendrickson slider boxes, and rebuilt the one with better parts from the one, and welded all the cracks ect in it. I take more suspentions out from under trailers than any one could immagine. Heard ya wanna set it on the bumper or belly on the ground? they so simple undo the clips 4 of them, pull ya pins, and undo the hoses, do not cuttem, undo the hoses. lift the back of the box, pull out ya slider boxout the side if on grass they slip out really easy. The van box is not terribly heavy we packem around with a smaller toyota forklift. thats my daily job fixen semi trailers. and trucks. even though i partly retired now I still work as hard as when i wasn't.

No reason to clutch when shifting, it’s a non-synchronized transmission. You shift when the rpm drops. 🤟

Jeff your not supposed to use the clutch to switch gears only for stopping and starting it will mess up some transmissions.

I live in Florence!!! It used to say Florence Mall but the Mall didn't want to pay the city for advertising anymore over a land zoning dispute. The Mall banked that they wouldn't change it because it was too expensive to repaint. So the city called their bluff in a funny way. Most people just think Florence is full of redneck jacks because of it. It's actually a city full of nice suburbs but hey let em think right!!

Lutz you don’t have to use the clutch every time you shift just float the gears meaning don’t use the clutch while shifting you’ll save a lot of energy and grinding lol

Jeff Lutz left OKC and so has Daddy Dave. With the show evolving it's no longer required to be in OKC. It's expanded into it's own league at legitimate tracks. The original show was amazing it's first few seasons. I havent been able to watch in years. I just lurk some of my favorite racers youtubes now. It feels like all the street outlaws starting making youtube channels at the same time. Guessing the original deal expired and they have the right to produce their own stuff now.

May not be able to shorten the line set up on the split system. Some units have a 10ft minimum. I'm not furmiler with that brand. Definitely look into it. Just figured I'd give you a heads up.

The only downfall of the new shop is the state it’s in bad driver’s bad weather. But no sense in wasting money on a shop that you don’t need you have plenty of friends down south with shops that you can use. Maybe there is also a way to do a new drainage system around the old shop to cut down on some of the flooding I would have to look at the landscaping all around you to figure that out. To unload the forklift or the GTO out of the container. All you need is a good size rolloff truck or if you’re going to keep the container, I understand but maybe it’s time to shut up a loading dock up on the other property for such things they also have those huge aluminum or steel ramps, a.k.a. portable docks just a thought
