This video reminded me so much of the time I left everything behind, took a risk and moved to a different country/the unknown. no money to my name, all by myself for half a year, little did I know it's where I'd find a place to truly call HOME, Living there was life changing, I healed, I found who I am, I grew. I LIVED. Leaving that place & saying goodbye to the city, the locals, most importantly the people who saw me at my worst/ best was the HARDEST thing ever, forever greatful for those spontaneous journeys the lord gives us, that season gave me my bestfriend & my boyfriend. Wish you nothing but the best Elena, you're such an inspiration to not only me but others, your presence lights up the room! I know it's probably crazy to say hence I'm only a viewer. I totallyyyy hear you on only knowing the student lifestyle and then being thrown out into the real world! It can be so unkind sometimes, but ultimately a huge blessing to have so much autonomy in living out certain lifestyles, as you mentioned too. I graduated college in 2015 and took time to live in Australia for 6 months and visit nearby New Zealand and all I can say is make travel a priority. It lends itself to truly uncovering who you are and what you want in your professional life! This vlog was definitely bittersweet but I’m so stoked to see what you do next! Stay blessed ✨

This video encompasses so much of the phase of life I am in also. I've just graduated from Sheffield University in England and this feeling of leaving a part of life which couldn't have been more perfect with people who are so incredible.
