Love the low loaders, been my dreem of driving one, sadly in my country we only have European models, nothing like this one. Our roads wouldn't sapport such a big rig. 💜💜💜

According to the specifications it has 900mm trackpads as standard. This looks like 800mm but i can be wrong. Nice footage and nice machine. Where are they produced, anyone knows?

I would like to control the steerable booster in the rear. What kind of license does that guy need to operate that. I can see it's just a small hand held fob in his hand that he was using.

Mikey McEquip inc. doesn’t need a license

The flag man is holding a remote control for rear dolly steering!

I was wondering how they steer the rear dolly. I guess even going forward the escort driver following controls steering.

One would think that the manufacture would design specific points under the carriage to secure these mammoth vehicles to when they transport them using the tracks as a point. Very unstable at most times. I'm surprised that more accidents don't happen often more.
@Mambo-lk8nk4 жыл бұрын
I was wondering that. All excavators we have on site have lashing points.
@dozer16424 жыл бұрын
If it was a problem, it would be solved. It’s not a problem. There are very few incidents with equipment falling off of a trailer when it is properly secured, like this one is.

Exactly what I was thinking. Those track cleats were never designed as a tie down point. Pure laziness and unprofessional. I would never ever let someone else tie down my load, driver is captain of the ship and responsible for all contents. Trust no one. Awesome driving though.
