Hi Natasha, I’m in the same situation, have flights booked for November. A little nervous with a potential flight cancellation as I’m selling everything in the UK and will have no place to leave after the flight’s date! Did you manage to go out ok in June or were there any issues with your flights?
@1njfrench3 жыл бұрын
@@luanamarquezoni4605 Hi. We didn’t make it in 1 June, but managed to book another flight on 15 June. In the end we had to book LHR-SIN with Singapore airlines and SIN-PER with Scoot (owned by SA) We had to call them to link the bookings so we didn’t get stranded at Singapore. The flight to Singapore was busier than I expected but not full. There were roughly 12 people on the flight to Perth.

@@danielleinglis7984 I am so sorry for not replying sooner. Our visa was granted 5 years ago, but for one reason or another we couldn’t move any earlier. I was included as a dependent on my father’s visa (employer sponsored) so I’m not sure who helped him with the visa process. I will find out this evening and get back to you. My understanding is Australia isn’t granting many visas at the moment and are prioritising those persons with more points. Jumping in to answer here but that really depends on the kind of visa you’re getting. The best thing would be to get a reputable migration agent (the trustworthy ones are accredited by MARA) and they can advise you. This is because the requirements for teachers will differ depending on which state/region you’re going to especially if you’re applying for a 491 regional visa.
