How much is 3 bedrooms 2 baths new construction?

Hi! There is barely any new construction in Corvallis, and what there is being built will be a little bigger than this. There are some new zero lot line / townhomes in the low to mid $400k’s. some Philomath new builds this size start in the low $300k range, in Albany the mid ~$350k’s. In Adair which is sort of part of Corvallis there are bigger builds going in around 500k. We just posted some video tours

hey michael, my dad is originally from corvallis, but we are all currently living in alaska, i myself am planning on maybe relocating to oregon, and was wondering if corvallis/oregon offers adult public assistance, and also wondering if there are many rentals there at all that accept section 8?

Hi zandergar, thanks for checking out our channel! What part of Alaska? We simmered in Skagway for many years working at shops and galleries during the cruise ship season. Anyway- yes I think you could find section 8 rentals. Some of the bigger managers in town are Duerksen, diversified property management, at home property management, ipmg, and others. I would start by asking them directly as well as the various apartment complexes around town such as grand oaks, conifer place, oak vale, Mountain View at river green, and others.
