This is a great video, I am considering to moving to Dallas . I am currently living in high price California, paying 1700 for a studio apartment which is mortgage or a 1 bedroom apartment. It's getting so bad people are leaving California coming to Texas. I'm ready for stability and comfortable lifestyle and I think Dallas will be great for me. Thank you for sharing this video
