In addition to the farmers market downtown what are the best alternatives for grocery shopping, drug stores, pilates or yoga, hiking, entertainment, etc. Is downtown Durham a melting pot? You guys definitely should’ve listed Summer Meadows for North Durham neighborhoods. Yeah, it’s a cookie cutter HOA, but much more affordable than Treyburn or Croasdaile
