I bought a home here. I am happy with the community but not the builder. I bought a home by SK Builders. They won’t let you do any upgrades, even if you offer to pay more. Also, in order to reduce their expenditures and cut corners, they didn’t put a mini split in the bonus room, which makes it terribly hot and uninhabitable. I had to call an HVAC technician out to find out why the room is so hot and they basically said that the builder should’ve put in a separate AC unit for that room, but probably didn’t in order to save money. I was quoted $4500 for the mini split which is quite a bit of money when you’re purchasing a new home and you have to purchase new flooring because the builder refuses to let you do any upgrades and you have to buy a refrigerator, a washer, and a dryer when you move into the home. If I had to do it all over again, I would’ve bought a home in the community but by a different builder. The HOA fee is very reasonable; however, you must pay all the dues for the year upfront in the month of December prior to the coming year. Not a big deal for someone like myself who is from South Florida where you can pay upwards of $600 a month for your HOA fee.

Yes, I believe there is one home listed for rent right now. Tenants must abide by HOA regulations, of course.
