Hi sis it’s been awhile. Katy Texas, sugar land Texas and plus Richmond Texas.. and Richmond and Katy is right by each other and it’s where I live. Very good neighborhoods. And yes darling I know exactly what it feels like with the anxiety with the traffic. Ever since I’ve been here I quit driving. My daughter or son have to take me where I gotta go. But getting back to the best neighborhood. Katy and Richmond is the beat in my opinion. I’ve been here since 2012. Good luck and hope y’all find something around those places 💙💙🙏🏽
@MsToy7343 жыл бұрын
Sis, I agree. The highways out there are very different from the east coast. I also noticed things are somewhat oddly placed. A few folks have mentioned that it may be because of their zoning laws (e.g., luxury apartments in middle of a warehouse district).
@brianadiasvlog2 жыл бұрын
Yupp bingo .. it’s the zoning so they can build anything where ever they want .. Which end up loooking weird ..

We are considering moving to Houston. We actually just moved back to the TriState after living in Tampa for four years. You're right, we don't have service roads up here. I'm glf you appointed this out about the roads in Houston because when I was in San Antonio, I didn't even notice. It's funny you mentioned road rage. I didn't get road rage until I moved to Florida 😂

Houston is amazing has beach but is always brown and has downtown nice restaurants but traffic is horrible and it humid and rainy summer hot hot. You want go do something more like camping or going lakes or rivers ect or hike than going beach and water parks u gotta drive 3 /4 hours to places like San Antonio and Austin but Houston is Alr been living here for decade but leaving Texas to idaho soon and watching this makes me kinda emotional and will miss Texas although I will be coming back To visit

Is the Katy area prone to flooding? Do you know anything about the Missouri City and Stafford areas?
@brianadiasvlog2 жыл бұрын
Stafford area is ok .. I wouldn’t recommend only because it’s a bit tricky. And with Stafford you have to be extremely specific.. an Katy I’m not positive but I don’t think it’s a flood zone.. And Missouri to me is better than Stafford.. I actually liked Missouri 💕💕

The majority of African Americans live in the East Side of Houston and the Southeast parts of the city. But, there's also African American populations in the Northeast, North side and Southwest sides of the city as well. The Third Ward neighborhood is where the main African American neighborhood is. So if you're looking for the most relating to African American art, culture and other things, the third ward is your area.
