May i ask about the officetel? I also want to stay in onw but the 괌리비 confuses me😭 i'm not sure whether it includes bills or not? Also i'm using zigbang, but i'm not sure if that's the best or how to contact the landlords😭

Hi ~ are you already in Korea ? If yes, I recommend going to a real estate agency and telling them your budget and criteria. They will make you visit different places and explain the costs, bills and 관리비in details. Usually there are fees for the building (관리비) and then your bills are separated 🙂 but it can vary from place to place.

In this case take a place to stay temporarily and once you arrived visit a real estate agency to find the place where you’ll settle !
