You can have a metal movable cloth stand.

Get coriander and mint in shop use it and keep the roots near the sintex side , so that adikadi use paniklaam. Get two cheap hanging pot alone, grab some soil from nursery,go for a walk nearby steal some money plants from near by house plant it just propagate. Tie ropes at side one above another at the partition of balcony of two house so that u can dry your cloths it one way acts as a screen from neighbour house a sense of privacy, and if u take them you will have full road view also. You can put some cut green bamboos sticks and create a partition from neighbours also... It will look cool... N create some seating space there... Will be a Lovely healing calm zen like space ❤

Hanging clothes stand can be fixed to the ceiling. That way, space will be saved and you can also have more plants

Buy a clothes drying stand.. so you can keep it indoor while rains 🌧.. paint something beautiful in balcony instead buying plants and filling it up.. a simple swing is fine.. think about.. enjoy being alone and independent.. cheers 🍻 🎉🎉
