Hey guys my name is Kevin as well in my late wife of almost 5 years ago her name was Danielle too. Me and my kids moved from Texas in 2023 to the Black hills of South Dakota and now I think I'm going to put my house up on the market and move to New Hampshire I like to reach out to you guys over the phone sometime to ask some questions and we're looking at moving in a year give or take so there's a high possible chance that you guys could be our relocation real estate agents

Is there anything out there that is reasonably priced? They all look insanely high for what you get.

Define reasonably priced. Some people consider under $500,000 as reasonably priced while others consider under $700,000 reasonably priced. Also, are you asking about condos? Or single family homes?

@@LivingInSouthernNewHampshire by reasonably priced I mean pre covid prices, so anything around 200k. I’m an electrician, I can’t afford 700k, unfortunately. And yes, single family homes. I know it’s high just about everywhere in the states, hoping we get another 2008 🤣
