The country's choosiest home hunters are looking for just the right spot. They're also hoping hosts and real estate agents Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer will help them secure the right home in their desired area. Nevertheless, sometimes sacrifices are required and the customer isn't always satisfied.
Don't miss out on all the best moments from Kirsty and Phil by subscribing to the official 'Location, Location, Location' channel.

I enjoy this program far better than "House Hunters" in the US. The HH program is clearly scripted, and every couple wants polar opposites. They make me think that their money would be better used for a divorce lawyer. Their vocabularies are those of real estate agents, and they obsess about identifying the house style and about silly details like crown moulding. In "Location..." the clients come across as real people with honest needs, and they are treated as such. Kirsty and Phil are great agents!

I am amazed by the prices in these shows! Can’t believe you used to get a house for $90k. Now you just get a kitchen.

I wish they did an update “Where are they now?” Show. I’d love to see Antoinette’s new to her home.

Kenyon Bissett They do updates on some of them, but what they do is they show the house hunts again, and they put an update at the end. Now, they do two house hunts at a time.

How disappointing. I was really hoping Antoinette would have her happily-ever-after house. Hope she found another and is happily settled.

I can’t understand why people paint all these weird colors in a house. Does nothing for the wood work. Bright red rooms and chartreuse paint. Yikes!

I'd have bought the first house, under budget and she could modernise it really well. I'd make the en-suite bedroom into a self contained studio to rent and use the rest of the house for myself.

Kirsty wasn't alive in the 1960s, so I'll forgive her for describing the final house (with its horrendous mixture of patterned carpets and wallpapers) as "a homage to the '60s". Unless she meant the 1860s!

As a real estate professional she'd know what a 60's house was, a Victorian and everything in between....your comment is so silly

@@joannahampton3808 Yes, the patterns are floral and chintzy rather than psychedelic.

None of the properties were great, but then, what does one expect for 90k? Thanks for the upload.

They didn't even show her one nice house. I would have gone for the detached one though. That would have made someone a lot of money.

They are pronouncing Basford wrong! It’s not Bas-ford, it’s Base-ford.

It’s amazing that these estate agents are able to show these “pieces of sheet” with a straight face!!! Unbelievable!😂🤣😂
