The game is the same...you buy ark survival evolved. If you buy now, you will have the custom maps, and then you have to buy the expansion maps, like scorched, aberration, genesis etc to play on those maps

The exo mek can pick up and place force fields next to each other. But in my experience, one force field will not activate until the other is either turned off or destroyed.

Just try to find something positive about the situation honestly. My farm base got completely wiped and we had all of our breeder tames and recourses took and we just got through it and made another base. This was on ps4 small tribes and we got meshed as well.
