We owned a home in Pahrump from 2000 to 2005. We have many great memories of the town and the people. My wife still talks about it 19 years later. It will always hold a special place in our hearts. We were there in April 2018 and visited our old home. Lome things had changed, but it hadn't lost any of its charm.

Hi there, it will depend on what you are investing in that land for? Are you going to buy land with no hookups and get it ready to build on? Are you simply buying to hold? You can find land for cheap out here, but it’s always a risk. We feed off of Las Vegas’ growth, so if you are a strong believer in Vegas’ growth it’s likely we will see similar growth here. Hi 75% of Pahrump is poof dirt. I have friends that live there have alot of issues.The heat here starts in June its around 110f.

Ummm...You need to tell the truth about summertime temperatures in Pahrump, you were off by 20-25 degrees! Typically in July and into August the highs exceed 105 and have reached near 120. Nighttime temperatures can be 90.

I don't have enough money to move to Parump Nevada. I may not like all the summer heat. Death Valley is the hotest place on earth. And jennie_gives is out in all the heat too. She ran up to the lookout point and then took off some of her clothes. I tried to get her to take a pack with her evan if she only had to help out other people with food and first aide supplies. People get lost in death valley too. Or they fall on the rocks. If I could find a place in Parump that Paul here could afford am almost 70 and disabled for over 49 years. The left hip is goiing out on me and knee. I have low blood sugar. I like how the town is laid out and know about the soft soil that can sink a place when wet. Been watching one's videos. My drivers license expired. Have to get a learner permitt again and all that . And I have nothing to drive at all. One giant blessing would have to come my way or a way would have to open up for me to come to Parump Nevada. Paul in Ohio
