I left Philadelphia, PA almost 5 years ago----it was not safe then & I'm sure it's worse now!! It certainly is NOT the "City of Brotherly Love" as far as I'm concerned!! You can have Philafelphia & keep it!!

About 30 miles NE of Philadelphia. Willow Grove, Hatboro, Horsham in Montgomery County & "across the Street" (County Line Rd) is Warminster with is in Bucks County. If you're a socialist, aka liberal Democrat, aka communist, you'll love it there. If you're a Republican or Conservative Independent, I'd seriously consider moving someplace else.
