Can you expound more regarding someone that is looking for rental/ and currently a non-driver? Would you suggest getting an Apartment oppose to a room, until I figure my way around the areas? @@godiseverything1482 Yes, if you don't have a car and you are new to the area, renting in downtown Silver Spring (and other metro accessible areas) is a great option. There are quite a few transportation options in the area - the MARC train, the metro system, the metro bus system, etc. Do you have a job or other location you want to be close or commutable to?
