@@aidentrapp8192 Ohio is snowy, gloomy, cold, raining and cloudy most of the year . I won't ever understand why my family chose to settle down in Ohio in the first place. I'm getting out. I want to live by the ocean, palm trees and more sunny days.

We don't have CDD fees (or at least, don't call them that). There are usually 2 HOAs in these communities, one for the neighborhood and one for the master-planned community. There is usually a Captal Contribution fee paid one-time at closing that goes into a special fund, as well as transfer fees. There are also tax assessments in some districts vs. others, but it's paid as part of your property taxes.

Hello Freddy! The only neighborhood indoor pools I know of are in 55+ communities - Del Webb Nexton, Del Webb Cane Bay, and the Four Seasons Cane Bay. Horizons at Summers Corner will have one in a couple years once their amenities center is complete. Thanks for watching!
