You’re such free, happy spirits ladies! What a journey! The taxi conversation was a gem and not sure if the guy was just trying to scare you off but you guys aren’t easily scared. Quite frankly miss Josey, I give up, I haven’t seen you daunted by anything or anyone, either you or your friend. It’s such a wonderful blessing to have that kind of of personality or character. I would have loved that more than diamonds or pearls but I have such a cautious personality and the only thing I can think of sometimes when you’re out there, is where on earth is this girl going to toilet and what if she’s bitten by some snake…I love how people open themselves to you and protect and show you around their humble and beautiful dwellings and their lives. Do stay safe which isn’t always easy and downright tricky for a woman travelling alone. Do your thing. Love you and jumping right there with you xx

I just checked out the Turkish girl’s videos to see her perspective(since that’s how a lot of us were blessed to find your page via Sabbatical) and I am not feeling the way she was speaking about Uganda! it is interesting how each culture has a different interpretation of what dance is. These ones jump like Kangaroos. I wonder what the genesis of that kind of dance is. For example in the west of Uganda and around the borders of Rwanda and D.R. Congo, their dances are inspired by what they see as the grace of cows. so they loft their hands like the horns of cows and twist them around gracefully. So I wonder at the origin of those jumps!
