The first time I heard heard about the city or town of Wake Forest was about 6 months ago. Watching your video. Now we live here. Can you please not tell anybody else about Wake Forest? We'd like to keep it a secret.

Hello! I think you guys definitely keep it honest with your videos. We bought a home here in WF not too long ago and our home checked off a lot of our boxes and the neighborhood is great, also close to wife’s job and mines but I just don’t comprehend the appeal of the area, and I feel the prices of the homes here are out of line with what the area offers. Maybe in 5-10 years it may take off and match the cost of homes but it seems to be a HIGHLY OVERPRICED/OVERRATED area. Is it “nice”? Sure the downtown is very quaint but it’s small and leaves a lot to be desired. If you’re willing to “wait” wake forest may be a good option but right now it’s hard to see the value in the area.
