Are these prices the same?..it's very expensive here in Fort Lauderdale, Broward. South of West Palm Beach..you forgot to tell them how hot and humid it is and hurricane season...and driving on I 95 the chaos with drivers here!..😳😩😬😂..Definitely cost of living here has double even tripled in South Florida it's worst the further south you go..

@@francemakabu Actually yes i have a 3 year old and 13 and 12 year old so im definitely looking as to what zipcodes or neighborhoods within West Palm Beach that has affordable houses to buy at least a 3 bedroom. would like to be near or i guess not too far from beaches, parks and eating places and entertainment.
