At that time when she apply was easier to get Canadian pr. Now is more competitive and also real estate is even worse. But people don't mind Toronto still top notch!

I find this very confusing, as to apply for the skilled worker visa, you need a job before you apply, but she says she go everything (visa, citizenship) prior to getting the job and only got the job once in Canada. Can someone explain? Thanks
