As a Texan myself, Sugarland is one of my favorite cities, and there is so much development of new restaurants and stores happening in the sugarland area. When it comes to apartment in Sugarland main spot that comes to mind is City Plaza at Town Square POA but it's pretty noisy but be on the radar in 2025 Territory at Telfair Condo which are gonna be nice but the only issue is it's a senior living condo.

I love your videos. I live alone too. I go home to momma and baba, it’s only a 5 minute drive so I feel ok to live alone😂My parents house can be really crazy, with 48 of us at one dinner my brothers, sister and all the children.. Or they’ll come to my home or we go to my sister and her husband..All I know it’s nice to come home to quietness😊

Salam! I’m sure you’ve thought of this but you could also look into renting a new construction but smaller home close to Sugarland if you still want the independence but want to be closer to your family and friends. It’s a tough decision though with furnishing a whole home but just an option. There are some really nice, new houses you could rent in Richmond as well, so maybe a 10-20 min commute instead. Could be nice now that you’ve also tried the city apartment living. Price wise it would probably be comparable to a high rise in the city but with more space, privacy, a backyard, more room to host (even garden) and have guests! ❤inshaAllah Allah will open the perfect doors for you, wherever that may be.
