Completely felt what Ben said ❤ No job is worth your mental health. I also became really skinny when I was dealing with a lot mentally. I understand exactly how he feels and massive pat on the back to zel! A beautiful support system both of you to pia ❤

Aw zel you are such a lovely kind person, the way you supported Ben during his difficult times while being pregnant is incredible. You should be so proud of yourself to be so supportive and patient during a huge change in your own life. Pregnancy comes with so many changes, ups and down, but you held yourself together for Ben and for us! So glad to hear Ben is doing much better now. ❤

Love how honest you’s are when you don’t even need to explain things! It’s not easy getting a house when you’re young or buying a house. Your day will come to buy a home but like you say all matters is family and being happy and healthy ❤

I'm so happy you are feeling better Ben..... I have suffered with severe depression and anxiety for many years and it is a horrible debilitating thing to deal with. At one point I didn't really leave the house for over 5 years. I have started getting out a bit more recently but my low mood has come back with avengence and I'm really struggling right now. You have a beautiful family and I appreciate you showing the courage to talk openly because it can be difficult to talk about..... I have found in my experience some people really don't understand it and think you can just shake it off....if only????? Really hope you find happiness in your new home and make many lovely memories xx

Mental health is ALWAYS the first thing you need to stop and think about and put you first and accept anyone’s help 😊 I’m so glad you have found yourself now and work on keeping well 🙏 you have a beautiful family and amazing support from your girlfriend 🥰. Wow Ben you was so brave talking about your mental health, it's a hard topic to talk about, I like you suffer too. Took me a long time to finally talk about it but it was the best feeling ever, I hope it is for you too. You have an amazing partner you can talk too, so just talk ok, it's the best remedy ever, talking about your feelings. You will get there. Just an idea, you should change your fridge/freezer doors and attach them the other way around so they open up against the wall, will make it easier for you. I'm sure most fridges have the option to have the doors open either way.
