I’ve filled my SUV up 3 times with things to donate and I don’t even want to think about how many trash bags there have been 😂 it’s going to be so nice to move into a bigger space with way less stuff 😊

For me it always helps to have a designated area before the move, to put stuff that’s already packed into boxen. That could be a spare space or room, or maybe even move the couch forward and put them over there. I feel like I’m less overwhelmed that way. And yes it is indeed a perfect time to get rid of lots of stuff 😅

Almost there Keegan. There’s no turning back so just keep pushing forward especially knowing that amazing things and experiences are ahead and to follow. You still need to find a way of letting go some of that stress before it makes you ill but that’s a work in process and will become more manageable as you mature and eventually tire you out. Packing paper that you can purchase at most moving companies would probably be much cheaper than Amazon packets . Also using hand towels and washcloths can be used, blankets for larger items. I’ve moved over 38 times in 59 years of marriage so I feel like a professional at this point. Ha!

I move my fridge, pantry and anything of value (jewelry, computer, crystal, etc) myself, and let the movers do the rest. I have moved so many times and it never gets any easier, unfortunately. But, you don't have to worry about that anymore since you are a homeowner!!!!!!

I like that when you opened up one of your kitchen cabinets to show what was inside, there was a random podcasting-type microphone with the kitchen stuff. I like how you did the trash bags around your clothes. Most videos I've seen people put the hanger through the bottom of the bag, leaving a hole and I feel like that's so wasteful. This way, you can reuse those trash bags.

okay the blankets in the tote bins is so smart, writing that down for when i move! also a little tip for packing clothes in a suitcase, instead of leaving them folded, roll them up! it gives SO much more space for you to fit even more in! anyway, love this vlog, definitely saving it for when i move this summer :)

I was diagnosed with anxiety on Friday night after going into the ER for panic attacks, and I’ve been using your videos the past few days to get through the whole horrible situation. I’ve gotten a lot of good ideas from your videos that have helped me like crazy (for example, To-do lists because you talked about your small business). Sometimes when we've had to pack up but are worried about not having anything for the kitchen, we just cave and pack the whole kitchen a few days before moving and survive off microwave meals and paper plates. I stress about the kitchen taking too long to pack so I just bite the bullet and suffer through a few days to a week of frozen only meals haha

Awesome vlog, Keegan! Waiting the very last minute to get stuff done ain't easy but it can be done! Anyways, my niece Erin & some of her high school classmates are on a 12 day trip to Europe! They are following the footsteps of the North Shore Regiment during World War II & they are having fun so far from the pictures they took! They're still touring the Netherlands before they head off to Belgium & then to France & then take part of the ceremony in honor of the 80th Anniversary of D-Day on June 6th at Juno Beach! 😊❤

You did better than me… I’d end up sobbing and hyperventilating on the floor. When I moved into the room I’m in now it turned out there was mice in my room. I had a panic attack & stayed w/ my aunt and uncle for a couple days. Also landlord didn’t do anything. They had me duck tape the window screen over the vent where the mice came from. They said it looked fine and didn’t see the mouse holes in the room lol. Thank god for steel wool & spackle

There are two types of packers: 1. Last minute packer where you work.yourself into a frazzle. 2. A Type packer where you pack everything like a 19:02 month in advance, then live out of a mess of unorganized opened bins and boxes, all the while saying this will be the last time you will ever move.😅😅😅 We all get there in the end...you will too ❤ Be kind to yourself ❤
