Hi! Love watching your vlogs! 😊 I have a tip for your fresh flowers to last longer. When trimming..be sure to cut at an angle and make sure no leaves sit in the water. The leaves harbor bacteria and will kill your flowers faster. Also try and change the water every other day if you can. 😊💐 hope that helps!

Celine so happy for u girl ❤️ earlier this year I finally got out of my poopy apartment which I was also living in for 2 years. It was roach infested, mildew ac that would not go lower than 70 (in this Texas heat, should be criminal), lights not working and very dim (the ones I had no control over) and no fans in the bedrooms either. we moved in April this year to a “fancier” appt we pay $500 more for it but I feel sooo much better in the new space. old appt really did not help my mental health.

I dont think anyone understands how much roach infestations damage mental health lol. Like no matter how much you clean since you also share the building with other people they come back! Moved out of a poopy apartment here in texas too I am so much happier!

To anyone who relates to the gym anxiety/working out: just start slow! It might help to look on youtube for instruction videos for a couple of generic strength-training machines or routines for the treadmill, bikes and stairmaster. The most important thing for your health (and enjoyment) is to use equipment safely, and it may boost your confidence as well knowing how to use the equipment properly and how to hold your posture or isolate your muscle groups (esp if you're going to work with loose weights!). As for the cardio, I really want to press you find out how your own stamina is and work along from that, some media or even peeps at the gym can make it look really easy to run, walk, row or cycle while you may feel like dying after only 2 minutes... that's ok! You work with your baseline, not someones elses, so don't let it discourage you if all the workout routine videos show someone running X amount of miles or X amount of time, if you can do a 20 sec jog and need to rest for a minute and a half after that's all good, you gotta build/increase slowly.
