She would constantly bang on her ceiling scaring my dog while he was trying to enjoy his bone. So happy you stomped back lol hopefully you set her straight. Ooh I love the table turned. I remember those days with my downstairs at 2 pm she called tbe police. because my son was listening to yhe tv too loud. Then I sais i have to save for a house because it was getting out of control. I moved about 4 months later saved and bought it. Here he can do whatever 🎉 because no one can be telling him that the volume is loud.😊

Hello Jocelyn and Terence , ignore your neighbor downstairs ,people will do things to try and run you out (Karens) bcuz they don't want certain ppl around. Love the changes you made with the table and all ,looks really nice.....Try turning your sectional in front of the wall with the 2 windows ,then place your TV on the short part of the wall where you had your credenza.

Hey girl i hate when people live in pet friendly places and then complain. what happened to the days when you could politely talk to your neighbor without involving the authorities. i kind of get it in some situations because people get mad when you try to tell them something but if she would have made nice and then said hey i noticed your dog howling what kind of breed is it or something on that level to get to know you and the dog before complaining. Anyway, renting a home with a dog will be the best for both you and the dog. i own 2 and having a yard for them makes them happy. i love the way you changed the dining area. its a better flow.

Your apartment was used as a leasing office. So Karen downstairs is not us to people being above her. So she is causing problems hoping they would move you.But she shouldn't be able to hear in luxury apartments I would think?

I was just thinking that! She might not used to that! 😬 They call this apartment “luxury” I guess because the many amenities that we have, the floor plan & appliances but for me is just a regular apartment but way more upgraded than what I have 😊
