Hey Eric, for majority of the courses GRE is not required. However, having it is recommended in some cases. In my case, I did not.

Hi Busayo, generally speaking the standard of education in Canada is very good. I think the most important thing is to know what you want to get from the course and then see if the MBA program can offer you that. PS: MUN is a recognized University in Canada.
