Oh boy, running that mower on the 806 is probably all it can handle!! (joking) Those older Kuhn mowers are just about bullet proof if you change the cutter bar oil every once in a while. Nice to see a haying video from ya bud! I'm sure you're glad to be out running the ol' IH!

Yea, that mower is almost more than it wants. LOL So far I've been very pleased with the mower. Yep, I was so excited to get some tractor seat time on the ol' 806 I even mowed the dang horse lot while I had it out. LOL Thanks for watching & commenting.

I open up my fields the same way, and for the same reason, cut right to the fence, no missed strip at the end!

What gear do you run in?

I either run in 4th gear low range hi side of the torque amplifier or 1st gear hi range hi side of the torque amplifier. It really depends on how heavy or thick the hay crop is. I posted a new video last week (8/18/20) that I ran in both gear settings. I've always been told when running a disc type mower you can run as fast as you want as long as you can keep your butt in the seat. 😁 Thanks for watching & commenting.
