Generally the community became progressively more toxic as it gained popularity and Barry wanted no part of it. That’s just what I’ve heard from other content creators.

So glad I found this before I bought a generic one. For $40 CA more it looks way better. These springs look like they'll have a lot more resistance, should help with making precise inputs.

Thank you. Have been looking around a lot for what handbrake to add to my rig. Have been looking at forums and really... awful youtube videos and finally came across a forum response recommending your channel. was able to look at all options I was looking at and compare them. Some of the reviews were pretty bad for this handbrake but seemed like the best of my options so I'm happy I found this video. Cheers. can't wait to hook up my new handbrake when it arrives.

Sold! Just a few bucks more than the eBay specials that are not as well made and brandless, but this is waaaaaaaaaaaay better. Cheaper than the Fanatec, arguably better it seems?

Yeah there is absolutely no reason to get those no-brand handbrakes anymore.

@@voongnz The only reason is if you're impatient and in the US, you can get the cheapies on Amazon with fast shipping faster than you currently get the Moza shipped from overseas, but that'll change soon.

I know this is old but I just ordered this and the shifter but I have a question. First off, I very much appreciate your in-depth reviews and I'm excited for these items to show up! But I am wondering, if I do connect these peripherals to the Moza wheel base, do I need to have the USB plugged into my PC for each of these devices? With the base, shifter and handbrake, that would be 3 separate USBs. If I do need to use a USB for each of these, would a regular USB hub that plugs into my PC via a USB C connector, work the same as the Moza hub? Thanks!!

Hey, i have an FG-T lite, Im wondering if the 2x2 holes would fit a U-bolt for 1inch tubing. The same way Karl Gossling mounts the cheap chinese handbreak. Would really appreciate an anwser if you can.

Are you on PC or console? If PC yes you can use it with T300rs you just have to connect the handbrake directly to your pc via usb and map it in the game you’re running . If console I don’t think it’s possible.

This does not give good brake ‘feel’, since it is position-based sensor, not a pressure-based sensor (such as load cell or hydraulic transducer). It’s basically a single axis analog joystick, equivalent to most throttle pedals.

How so? I've been loving my R9 and I just got my hbp I'm gunna set it up after work. I love fighting the wheel in a 919 evo with that 9nm of torque. Had it for a month and a half and it's going great
