Lobster
Mozambique lobster
Ingredients to make the sauce:
1 Onion chopped
x3 Garlic cloves chopped
handful of parsley finely chopped
1 red or green chilli
1 lemon zest
1 Lemon juice
Key note: Very important to whisk your sauce to make it creamy. another option, you can add 3 Tbsp of heavy or pouring cream to your sauce just before switching off the stove.
Spices used to season the sauce and the lobster:
Paprika
Italian herbs
Fish spice
Prawn spice
black pepper
Note: this will be just as good if you only added salt & pepper
Bake for 10 min on 200 degrees oven
