Correction. The instrument that Meyer plays is an odd but accepted clarinet in A, built by HENERY Wurlitzer in the 1970’s. Not the instrument that Mozart wrote for but it works.

If you try to correct things, do it right at least. The clarinet is not an exact replica of the clarinet Stadler played, but it is indeed a modernized version of the Bassetklarinette, which is a clarinet with an extension that allows it to play to the low c. This is the special characteristic that sets apart the clarinet that this piece was written for with the commonly played A clarinet. So the assertion that this is the clarinet the piece was written for is correct, it is written for the Bassetklarinette. And also, who is this Henery Wurlitzer, never heard of him? You must be referring to Herbert Wurlitzer.
