Obuzibu he doesn’t have that kind of money to support 8 kids in Uganda where good education is very expensive and at the end of the day children end up without jobs, so he fought so hard to register them so that they can benefit from a much better system where kids can be assured of fee education plus a job after university which isn’t the case for Uganda.
