Does this law allow more drivers to get less harsh penalty for injury inflicted on bicycle and ebike riders? There are perceivably more ebikes on the roads now than in the past. Is there a growing number of bicycle and ebike riders injured by cars, lorries or motorcycles and how will this change relate to the situation if it is indeed true?
