कायद्याची न्याय प्रणाली 100% चुकते आहे. घटना घटते पुण्यात आणि आरोपी बेल जाऊन मागतो सुप्रीम कोर्टात.

खालच्या न्यायालयात जामीन नामंजूर झाल्यावर आरोपी हायकोर्टात व सुप्रिमकोर्ट मधे जामीन मागु शकतो.

@@AdvSharangPande सर पण हे चुकीचे आहे,घटना जर जिथे घडते(city),तिथेच निकाल लागला पाहिजे.हे आरोपी करोडो रुपये घेऊन त्यातील काही % रक्कम वापरून जामीन हायकोर्ट आणि सुप्रीम कोर्ट मधे जाऊन मिळवतात का तर गरीब लोकं तिथं जाऊच शकत नाही,तेवढे पैसे पाहिजे असतात केस लढायला आणि गरीब लोकांना न्याय मिळत नाही.ह्याचे खूप दुःख वाटते.

ह्या कायद्यामुळे फसवणूक करणाऱ्याला शिक्षा मिळते हे योग्य नाही का ?

नाहि ! अनेक गुन्हे खोटे दाखल केल्या जातात. गडगंज व्याजाचा हव्यास गुंतवणूकदारांना असतो. फसवणारे घरी येत नाही गुंतवणूकदार लोकांच्या. जोखीम जास्त आहे हे माहित असूनही मोठी रक्कम पाच ते दहा टक्के व्याजाने दिली जाते. जर तो गुन्हेगार आहे तर व्याजने पैसै देणारा पण गुन्हेगार आहे.

अहो पण sir एखाद्याने खरोखरच लोकांची फसवणूक केली असेल तर त्याला कश्याला पाहिजे जामीन, MPID मुळे तर अश्या लोकांना चाप बसेल. दुरुपयोग minor केसेस मध्ये होतोय.

75% MPID दावे खोटे आहेत. सावकार लोकांनी पैसे वसुली साठी पोलीस मॅनेज करुन दाखल केलेत. आणि बाकि ही भरपुर व्याजचा हव्यास हा गुंतवणूकदारांना पण असतोच. फसवणूक होऊ शकते हे माहित असूनही गुंतवणूक केली जाते.
