have a speedo meter works on encoder. encoder purse rate 0- 500 pulses per second on both channel A & B .my meter has 5% errror i wanted to feed this to micro controller and make 5% more pulses out put on both channel to compensate the error. (for examble if frequency 100 hz i need 105 hz output) could you please help me

You should wait for the acquisition time to charge holding capacitor. Otherwise you will get wrong conversion data!
