Any more than if the RCMP set up shop in secret in a foreign country. Someone is taking liberties on Canadian soil and it should stop immediately. In the absence of any formal agreement or treaty, it is a bold faced move to have a " secret police " station in Canada. This is a direct challenge to Canadian sovereignty & governance. Police enforce laws, the Canadian police are charged with that task. Its a slippery slope to have such a thing on our shores. 0_o
